ParticipantHi all,
cant seem to get the old machine through a cycle. The machine fills but there is no action from the drive motor. At times i can turn the machine off at the wall for 60secs and restart it all, but now she is not starting the motor at all. On spin cycle the pump motor works fine and the resistances are as the same as another posts specs so???? I have gone through the diagnostis and found the code to read.00111000
Can anyone help? thanks Dean:(
Also, what gets you out of diagnostics??

It’s probably the Rotor Position Sensor playing up. These are prone to corrosion and wiring problems. It can also be the Motor Board, which is expensive, so keep your fingers crossed…..
Power off if going into the motor.
Powering off should take you out of diagnostics……….

Checked the motor position sensor and stator condition. All looked fine, no corrosion.
Being a frustrated motor vehicle technician, I have pushed many buttons trying different things from other posts, I now have the 3 rinse/spin lights flashing.
Power off is not clearing them. They are on as so as you switch the power on from the wall.
Any other suggestions? And is the motor control board repairable? I cant see any burn / overheating marks on any component?????

your coming up with Fault code 56 lid lock fault and will stop the spin this is a regular fault on the brown modules theres nothing with the lid switch its the module would recomend you get a pro to fit it so you get the correct fault as its only a 99.5 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} guess and you get the waranty as well for some reason if you unplug the machine for a day or two this fualt sometimes fixes itself we turn up the fault codes there and the machine works ??????

ParticipantNo No! it still isnt working. Today i had tried it from powering up the machine from the wall. It had started the cycle, put a few items in the machine then!!!!!!! the water continues to flow but the motor stops, the water fills to the level requested but the next step isnt taken. No motor!! Progress light are on but no progress……..
