    hi there, washering machine starts fills to level starts washing then starts to fill with more water and drains at the sametime. Checked fault codes found 132 could you help please.

    Short circuit in motor or wiring harness can cause this, as can the rotor position sensor being out of position, causing false readings. Fill and empty (you didn’t say if the pump was running or not) together can also be a syphoning problem – end of drain hose too low in outlet pipe.

    hi there no the pump is not running i am just about to remove front cover to check wiring harness ?? also washer been in same spot for more than 5 years, but outlet could be to low ??

    hi,try blowning hard down the pressure tube on the side of the bowl .turn off power dissconnect from top.

    hi there, problem fixed found rotor position sensor being out of position and wiring loom damaged, repaired and retested ok. Can you help on how to reset fault codes ?? thanks for the help 😀

    You shouldn’t have to…….. Last fault is retained in the memory for 8 (I think) washes – if no recurrence, it should delete by itself.
