    Machine wont pump. Diagnostic code is 00100101
    No tech sheet inside, been waiting a week to get a serviceperson (Re: Dannevirke Scanpower – you suck), will fix myself.

    Error code indicates blocked or faulty drain pump

    PUMP is mounted under bowl
    Power off & PLUG OUT!!!!!
    Turn fan at end of pump to seee it it moves freely
    In some cases this may also free it anything stuck in there
    Failing that you may have to remove pump
