    Hi all,

My Fisher & Paykel switches on – all settings seem functional – but when I click start nothing happens. Nothing at all. I’ve got thru all the diagnostics and here are the codes, starting with ALL the spin speed lights on:

    00010111
    01001001
    00100100
    00000100 – alternating with 00000011
    11111111
    00001011
    10001001
    00011001 – last LED flashing
    00011111
    00001011
    01110111

If anyone has the diagnostics sheet handy – please email to:
    seattlecrew2004 @ yahoo.com.au.

    Many thanks…

A right hatful. As far as I can work out you have a problem with the water level control system and possibly with the control board. Can’t really be more specific I’m afraid.

    Time for pro help perhaps?

    Regards,

Please post only the light sequence which relates to the hold and spin lights, it make our job so much easier 😀

Re: Fisher & Paykel – gw708U won’t fill with water

noticed that the lid switch wasn’t changing any of the lights as I open and closed the lid.. so I’ve temporarily shorted the wires going to the switch.. all working fine now!

    thanks for the help!
