    Hi Guys,
    My F’n’P Washer (IW712) is 2 weeks out of warranty and failed today, displaying a fault code 37. Can anyone tell me what this is?? I am an electrician, but I don’t do appliance repairs. I suspect it has to do with the pump that empties the bowl, but if someone could kindly translate the code for me, I’ll know where to start looking 😉

    No reduction in water level detected over a thirty second period. Check for kinked/crushed drain hose, pump may be blocked, water level control malfunctioning or (unlikely) electronics failure.

    Power off if going inside.
