Fisher & Paykel smart drive 501 error 00100101?

Hi, my machine will not pump out and with what I have read on this forum tried and got this error code 00100101. Not sure if it right but would love some feed back.

Surprisingly enough, 37 is the pump blocked code 😀 . Specifically, it means that no change in water level has been detected over a three minute period.

Check that drain hose is not kinked or trapped, if ok drain the machine and check that the pump itself is not blocked (twist fit from underneath – power OFF). Pump itself may have failed or seized (check for rusty marks/water marks); check wiring for breaks and chaffing as it turns under the drum.

My smartdrive 500 comes up with the same error code (00100101) 😈 however the machine pumps out the water it just will not spin. Any ideas what the problem could be.
