Rotor Position Sensor error. Unit may be faulty, wet or suffering from chaffed/corroded wiring. It’s mounted on the motor stator.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. What do you know I unplugged the unit left it for 24hrs did the dionostics test then hit start and it worked fine.

I will have a look at it anyway.

Thanks again Hope you have a wonderful day.

Well what do you know I am back here again after 12 mths. :rolls:

Ok I have the same problem. 😳

I have had a close look at the Rotor Position sensor every thing looks good to me with no dampness or dodgy wireing.

I am wondering if now I need to replace the sensor as I get the same error.

I can’t reset the computer (Start and power) as my start button doesn’t work and have been starting the old girl by delay for some years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
