    dot have much to do with these but this call has came in and the guy says the base draweris flashing 4 and the top works till it gets to 25 mins then sticks there till they turn it off . are the faults linked or has anyone got any docs on these no model as yet sorry.

    DD601, 2 or 3?

    F4 is no heat.

    As Chris says above, F4 is caused by the appliance not detecting any heat build up, so it looks like a faulty element in the bottom drawer.

    The top drawer is also showing the signs of a faulty element so I would meter them both to be sure.
