I have job on never seen one. During the night appliance came on, on its own.
Customer could not switch it off only at the mains and there was a strong burning smell, any ideas?

    Thanks Kirk

Is it on a fused spur ? check the connections of the spur & also the on/off switches on them are not too clever – TBH I have only had 2 dealings with these & I hate them !

Went out to the job found bottom drawer board blown removed it,tried top one it started then makes a horrible buzzing like motor jamming, I thought these had seperate motors for each drawer or is there a common pump? Why would bottom board blow and not the other?

Probably a leak from the bottom unit only. There has been a problem with lid seals. I’ll send you some more stuff – brace yourself, Sheila.

    Chris.
