    Re: Fixing somebody else’s mess

I really don’t see an issue here. I have seen thousands of appliances by now, many over and over again. What is the issue with putting something back together, fixing the fault and making a profit?

It’s all work – just do it.

Chris, we lesser mortals like to have a moan now and again about how unfair life is. Please don’t spoil our pleasure. 🙂
We just like to dream about how nice it would be if punters kept out of the way instead of trying to help the job along by taking it to bits before you get there and not making any notes. 👿

In my humble experience the client who attempts the repair is never happy with you doin it, maybe its a macho thing, but they do tend to try to point out mistakes you hadn`t made.

I take my industry very serious and would never advise anybody to repair an appliance if there not competent, even less if money was involved, others though would sell out for cash, sadly. 😥
