flashing light on tricity bendix

I have a Tricity Bendix aw 1560 washing machine which fills, then bleeps 7 times together with flashing end lamp.

Strangely enough, it continues the cycle it is on until it finishes and continues to flash,

Any ideas please.

Does your model also have a Start/pause LED? If so does that flash as well and the End LED?

Hi There, yes we have a start light that goes on, here is what happens so you get a better idea of our problem.
1. Select wash programme
2. Start light comes on together with wash, rinse, drain and spin lights
3. Push start button to begin programme and the start & wash lights stay on and begins filling.
4. During filling the start light & wash light go out and the end light comes on and beeping begins but the cycle continues.

Check whether or not the machine actually heats the water. You might want to select a 60c wash so as you can feel the heat on the door glass.

The water does heat up to quite an acceptable temperature so we are stiill
confused,
