    Hi, called to this machine today, 3 to 4 years old.
    Fault report; “not taking in water”.
    I found the element continuously on regardless of program selected.

    I plugged out machine and asked customer to leave it alone until I get back to him (obvious safety hazard).
    I couldn’t find a heating level control pressure switch, just a flow meter on inlet.
    Is it the timer and has anyone come across this before?

    It’s same as beko, P.C.B is faulty, contacts on relay are stuck closed.
