merry christmas all,i have a callout tomorrow to above range,fault nothing working on one side.i have heard that its common on these for the thermal cut out to be at fault.is this a direct replacement or does the wiring need to altered,any help appreciated.

It may be a terminal block fault either if nothing is working on one side, loose links perhaps. Thermal cut-outs in some of these were thermal fuse types, but most now are the t.o.cs, newer ones are auto-resetting.
There is a kit 4410101001 that comes with wiring etc which is recommended to be replaced.

i have the kit that includes the wiring,do you know where the new thermal cut out fixes to.i see it comes with bracket.

Take the back panel off nad it is sittuated half way down the bracketed on the side panel cheers JJ
