For all of you who have may have read my “mad” ramblings from time to time, will know that I often talked of my husband, & that he suffered with Heart & Kidney Failure. Very sadly he passed away on Tuesday morning at home after suffering a Cardiac Arrest in the morning. – Despite my best efforts to resuscitate him, it was sadly not to be.

My condolences, even though you may have prepared for things like this it is still a very sad and painful time. I hope you have plenty of good friends and relations to help you through the next few weeks, months and years.

Im not sure anyone could be prepared for such a loss at any time, id like to convey my condolences to you and your family at what can only be a difficult time
im sure i speak for the rest of the traders of UKW when we say we have the utmost respect for your ‘ramblings’ which have been a breath of fresh air

Thank you all for your kind words & condolences. I sincerely do appreciate them! – My husband will be cremated on Wednesday coming at 11:45am.

I’ve resisted posting on this thread as when things like this happen it has to be said that I am, for a change, often lost for words as, there are none that offer much comfort in dealing with the loss of a loved one.
Needless to say that you have my sympathy for your loss and please, keep on rambling, even if it’s just for the company.

Can I just thank everyone again for their kind words & thoughts over these last 2 weeks following my hubby’s passing. – You have all been very kind!
At the risk of “rambling” again, the whole of my life has changed in the space of 5 minutes. My husband was here, gone the next. Please I beg of you, whatever your circumstances, cherish every minute with your loved ones. If you have a crossed word, put it right! 🙂 kick the ruddy washing machine instead & kiss & make up. All I have left now are my memories, & I can honestly say hand on heart, I have no bad ones!
