Hi, I have a Aquasmart washing machine, which I got free after it had gone under water in a flood. It cleaned up OK and I have disassembled and cleaned the controller, motor and pump.

It powers up, but will not fill, inlet solenoids are OK, I have operated them via an external 24 VDC supply. Error code is 49, which for other F&P washers, is a failed inlet solenoid.

How do I get the unit into diagnostic mode, to test values, pump and motor?

Is there a service manual available for download?

    TIA.

Diagnostic procedures are outlined in the sticky at the top of the forum.

49 indicates a cold water valve problem, not specifically a failed valve. 24v valve should show a resistance of 64ohms when metered. Wiring is a common issue. If you have continuity and resistance through the loom to the valve from the Motor Controller end, you probably have a failed board.
