F&P AW095AU – Dead!?

I have a F&P AW095AU that appaers to be dead, i.e. when plugged in and switched on the power point there are no beeps heard and no LEDs lit. There is no response when pressing “Start” either.

I have checked internally for “power in” to the machine and “power to” the modules and there is power.

I opened the modules and there is no evidence of any blown devices, cooked components or any sort of damage at all. It just appears “dead”.

Any ideas where to go from there?

Check the pump and its circuitry. If out of circuit, the module will not power up. Also check inlet valves (64 ohms each).

Power off – there is power to the pump if the machine is plugged in.

Had a closer look at the motor controller board and found that the small button type 2A fuse is blown. I’m currently looking at how I can fit an inline fuse holder (automotive type) with a wire each end soldered to teh board in its place so it will be easier to replace fuses.
