I am sure that I downloaded a pic or doc with pics identifying what the phases/series of F&P washers are from the different colours of F&P board housings. Stufffed if I can find it now though!

Does anyone have a copy please? If not, then please let me know by text which colour means which phase/series.

    Thanks in advance. 😀

Perhaps a Sticky pointing out this info might be useful too. 😀

    Hi Wiz,
Haven’t really gone there due to the lack of interchangebility of the boards. If you want to cross check with the Diagnostic thread for the relevant model numbers, they go like this:

Phase 1 – Blue, some white.
    Phase 2 – Blue
    Phase 3 – Green
    Phase 4 – Yellow
Phase 5 – Grey (Aircooled hereonwards – all previous water cooled)
    Phase 6 – Brown
Phase 7 – Brown (Different shape, yellow labels)

    HTH,
    Regards,
    Penguin45.

Hey! Good to hear from you Penguin45. 😀

Thanks for that info mate. On the point of “interchangebility of the boards”, I have always gone with “as long as you use matching coloured motor controller and control panel modules” it’s ok. Am I incorrect with that assumption?

Oh, got a quick one for you. I have a 6kg machine (blue modules) where, when you start your wash, the HOT valve comes on for only 5 seconds then off and beeps continously. No problems with using COLD only. Have swapped over known working HOT valves but still same problem. Maybe a triac?

    Regards. 😀
