    First time call out to one of these yesterday – Error 4 (I think!) – seized pump, according to owners manual. And on further inspection the impellor on the top drawer is stuck solid.

    Any idea how to remove the impellor/motor to check for blockages? Tried to gently turn it but didn’t want to damage it.

    Is there any alternative to F&P uk to get hold of spares?

    The motor comes out with a slight twist counter clockwise, remove the spray arm and filter from above first. The are a doddle to get out.
