F&P E442 Ice maker fault

The ice maker on my F&P E442BR has stopped working.

The chilled water dispenser works OK so doesn’t seem to be a problem with water supply.

When checking the back of the unit I found a small module on the power box that has ‘ICE’, a serial number and various other codes printed on it. On the module is a red LED that flashes 4 times, pauses then repeats.

Can anyone advise:
* is this the ice maker controller,
* is the flashing LED a fault code,
* if so what does the fault indicate?
