It’s almost certainly a problem with the wiring harness going to the water valves. Check for good contacts, breaks, chaffing, etc. Possible for valves to fail, but unlikely to be both together. Valve coils sjould meter @ 15ohms if you do check.

Might as well do the valves while you’re at it………
Hold “Wash Temp Down”, then press “Power”. Wait for two beeps.
Use “Regular Cycle” button to turn pump on and off.
Use “Wash Temp Down” to turn the cold valve on and off.
Use “Wash Temp Up” to turn the hot valve on and off.Regards,

Hi peguin45
thanks for your help, went into diagnostic mode and unable to get two beeps, when WTD button released the final rinse led on and the low water level on. I was able to get both the water solenoids to operate at this point but no pump.
Could this be the pump?many thanks

Hmm, interesting – Uk/Euro washers generally won’t fill if the pump is out of circuit as it usually breaks the neutral loop around the machine. Pump should give 26-33 ohms if intact. Check for damaged wiring where the loom turns under the edge of the drum and water damage. You may need to check continuity from the board end to be sure.
Power off – pump is on mains voltage.

$$$ JACKPOT $$$ GO THE PENGUIN!! Problem found to be open cct coil. Start of coil had break , managed to pull 1/2 turn from coil and resolder.
thanks for the help…
