Hi there please can anyone help i have a gw509 it goes thru the washer drains and then seems to go into a loop starting the pump then stopping on and off until it stops and beeps , Diag error is 11 ( off,off,off,off,on,off,on,on)

Level switch problem. Try draining the machine entirely and reconnecting the air hose to the level switch. If no joy, you are looking at a replacement motor controller board, as the level switch is integral with it.
