    Hi,

    We have an F&P GW709 and were hoping someone could give us some hint on what our problem may be before we call in a repairer. Starting at any point in the sequence the water fill and rotate will cycle a few times then an error beep and code 00101011.

    I’ve run what I think is the diagnostic and get codes:
    00000000
    00101011
    00010001
    00111111
    00000101
    00000001
    000100** … “*” are flashing??
    00111111
    00000101
    11111111
    00001010
    00110100
    00011111
    00101010

    Indicates the SPECIAL little switch under the right hand side is faulty

    Post your email or fax No. and I’ll send you the diagnostics to enable you to confirm this.

    Special because it may look like every other switch of that ilk, however its a “low force” microswitch.

    I’ve sent you the diagnostics which will help test that switch (out of balance switch)
