    F&P IW812 – Error code 49 came on while the machine was OFF and not being used! Tried to go into diagnostic mode but no go. 🙁
    I know that error 49 points to a problem with the cold water valve which I will examine shortly but I’m curious as to why I cannot get into diagnostice mode.
