    Seem to have an ice build up in the freezer on the floor (According to my engineer)
    I thought there was an ambient temp mod for the fridge but not the Freezer ?or is there

    Hi Lawrence,

    I have never came across this myself but there is a bulletin for ice on the bottom of the freezer, looks like the “drain valve” is the culprit and is an easy fix.

    I have sent some info to Debs work email address.
