F&P Smart Drive 701 Washing Machine Problem

Hi,
I have a 14 year old F&P smart Drive 701 washing machine which suddenly stopped working.

I have powered it up after 5 minutes and all 5 wash progress lights flash but no other machine functionality is available.

I have run the diagnostics as suggested and come up with the following;
00001001
(This is being read left to right excluding the 3 delay lights on the far left. Only the Short Wash and Spin lights are illuminated on the top part of the panel.)

Appreciate any help to determine the problem. Thanks in advance.

I would say the rotor position sensor maybe faulty.
