F&P Smartdrive 601 Problem

My F&P Smartdrive 601 will not start.
Panel lights up but will not start to fill.
OOB switch is OK and it does not have a lid switch.
Error code is 130 and sometimes 136
Can you help please

Motor problems – 130 is the Rotor Position Sensor error, 136 is motor stall. Start by checking the wiring and connector for corrosion, water and chafing down by the motor and the turn of the drum. Similarly, check RPS and star point on the stator. Problem can be computer related. but don’t worry about that yet.

Changed motor controller machine now washes fills drains but wont spin.
Makes a clunking sound the rotor moves a few inches then the machine stops.
Has got me baffled, you mentioned a star point on the stator….what is it?
