F&P Smartdrive 9 Excellence keeps shutting off when fill

Hi All,

I have a 5 year old F&P smartdrive 9 excellence model GW709NZ.
Whenever I start the machine, water starts entering then is abruptly shut off. This happens a couple of times before the machine starts beeping. I get the same kind of thing when putting it on spin cycle.

I think I’ve been able to get into diagnostics and they read as follows:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fault with OOB switch. These are so and so’s for corrosion problems. Replacement usually solves the problem. It can be the motor control board playing up, but this is very unusual.

Thanks, Il’ll get someone out to have it fixed. I’m in IT so diagnostics are one thing but I wouldn’t know where to look for an OOB switch. Is this an expensive operation?

Naah, it’s just a microswitch (p/no 425373) or dodgy wiring, so shouldn’t hurt too much 😀
