    Hi,

Followed the diagnositcs instructions and got the ‘wash progress’ lights on from left to right as follows – 00101110.

The machine was convulsing during the fill of a new load yesterday, eventually ceasing to fill and refusing to do anything else since then.

Today the machine turns on fine but refuses to anything.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure what the model # is but its a 7.5kg Smart drive Excellence version purchased in 2001.

    cheers,
    Macrus

Re: F&P Smartdrive Excellence ERROR code

The fault code you have shown is applicable to Intuitive model only.
You say your machine is an Excellence which is a GW.

Fault code is problem with display module Eprom.
Suggest you recheck fault code and/or model of machine.

    Kiwireeferman,

Perhaps I didn’t relay the code correctly. (I was not sure if the falshing SPIN red light was a 1 or a 0).

Here’s a pic of the error code:

    No pics…….. spin is 1 – it’s only 0 if it doesn’t light. Find the model number………

Re: F&P Smartdrive Excellence ERROR code – Problem Solve

    For anyone who’s interested.

See the pics in the previous post for the error code.

Just had the serviceman here and he replaced the OOB switch which was corroded and not working at all.

    Machine is now working fine.
