is there any problems with changing from an integrated fridge to a under unit freestanding …..it would be standing in the same space size..width590..height 820..depth 590……that is if I can find one as wide and high…

If you do away with the outer kitchen door (and of course you may want to add ‘returns’ to the kick panel) then there should be no problems at all bearing in mind the new fridge needs a little air to breathe so as long as there is some clearance all around it under the worktop then it will be fine.

Freestanding refrigeration sizes are 85cm high, they come 50, 55 and 60cm wide with depths varying from 59 to 61cm.
No problem in replacing it though, remove old machine and cut plinth to take freestanding unit.
