Freezer handle broken GORENJE

Hi all

my Gorenje freezer’s handle is broken and I am having a trouble opening my freezer.
The model number is RI1337BAB and TYP: HTI1426

my question is
1) can I fix this by myself buying the same stuff? (if so, where can I get the same part?)
2) how much would it be if I ask to professional technic?
3) Is there any chance that I have to change the whole refrigerator?
4) what other tools do I need to get this fixed?
