    Please help…I have a Brandt upright frost free freezer. The red light came on and then the yellow FF light flashed and after a lot of trying, we now have a green light back but everything is defrosted and freezer will not freeze again ………… thankyou

    Could be anything, but without a model number it’s difficult to advise.

    Hi there,

    I am Sam. I work at an electronic shop. I can solve your problem but I need the model no of your freezer. Well i can tell you something that may help you to find out the problem and its solution. Firstly, check the gaskets. If they are dry or cracked, then your freezer will not freeze. you can also go for manual. There definitely you will find the solution.
