fridge and freezer recomendations up to about £300

we are looking at getting an upright fridge and a separate upright freezer both free standing, the budget is about £300 a piece. with that in mind what brands should i consider, our current fridge freezer is a zanussi and has been working fine for 12 years up until recently so another zanussi is a possibility other than that what else is there out there, am i right to steer clear of beko?
