    Hi,
    I have a built in Fridge Freezer (put in orginally by MFI) – the model number is APM6823. The top section (fridge) is working fine. The lower section, the Freezer, is “cool”, but not cold. I cannot get water to freeze for instance

    Is there anything I can check?

    Thanks for your reply: Assuming the first ( as i don’t smell gas ) – Is there anything that can be done?

    Hi,
    In another thread (Freezer OK, Fridge Warm) I see that the suggestion is to Defrost over 36-48hrs as the timer maybe faulty. I shall try this.
