Bowed back plate of 14 month old built in f/f Leona is the make,turkish aand tish.
The fridge back has bowed so much it won’t let the shelf drop into its slot.

Manufacturing defect then.Tell the customer to get the retailer to sort it out especially as its a built in model cos it ain’t gonna be a cheap one to replace.

They prefer to replace with a decent one having tried with little succes to get the kitchen suppliers interested and following problems with the general work done in the installation.
Having said that the bow in the back was around 1 1/2 ” in the centre of te backplate,worse I’ve seen by a mile,or 3/4″ at least.

Have known the folks for many years and they just don’t want the hassle which it would and has been,sadly cowboys win.
