Fridge decides to randomly switch itself off during the day

I’ve got a few year old Bosch fridge/freezer and within the last few days it stops cooling/freezing at random times during the day, usually once a day. What happens is that the lights stay on indicating but it does not cool during this time. When I switch it off completely and wait some time like 30minutes or 1 hour and then switch it back on it starts working fine untill the next day when same thing happens. I think it might start working again on it’s own but i’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure as it’s hard to monitor what it’s doing.

It’s deffinately not a feature of this fridge as it never did this before and when it stops freezing everything starts defrosting. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Can defrosting the freezer completely might solve the problem?
