Fridge/freezer help required

I dont do fridges or freezers but have been asked by a neighbour about hers. It is a candy integrated CIC324AK (34241702) and she says it is freezing the milk at back of fridge.Can anyone enlighten me on what the cause of this is and whats involved in repairing it.Paul

I did suggest that and she thought i was being smart.It only freezes at back.Thanks for reply.

Fridges have temp differential zones. To women this is confusing, hence the response is usually mocking. The rear wall reaches temp of -11 so liquids could freeze.

Thank you Lee8.She tells me milk is always there and only started doing this lately.

Has she tried turning the thermostat down to a lower number.

Is the rear panel freezing evenly at the back or is it just icing up near the top and not turning the stat off.

And the milk should be kept in the door bottle shelf as if it touches the back it will freeze.
