fridge not cooling

hi can any body help I have Samsung American style fridge freezer, and its not cooling, keeps freezing up inside, I defrosted it with hair dryer, ok for a week then back to normal, pulled the casing off and its icing up all time…..its driving me mad now sick of throwing food away, and Samsung…all they want to do is send some one out which will cost over 200 pound….HELP…… 😡

Which part are you defrosting with the hair dryer? Are you taking the evaporator cover off and defrosting?
If it keeps freezing up, then obviously you have a problem, either with the evaporator cover itself, or components on the defrost circuit.

taking case off and defrosting the wires and metal grill thing and noticed fan not working now
