fridge warm and freezer warm help

I have a Belling fridgefreezer BE811 iwhich is only about 18 months old (warranty was only 1 year) and no longer works. The light in the fridge still works and there is a slight humming noise but no coldness in the fridge nor the freezer. The compressor is hot. Can anyone advise me whether it is worth repairing or dumping. Many thanks

sound like a compressor seizure.
as its 18 months old i look on the fact its a built in so you will be paying £500 to replace it.
Cost of replacing compressor £200 as its 18 months old in my opinion its worth replacing compressor if anything else goes scrap it.
