frigidaire frc150ffs fridge not cooling

hi everyone,i got a call to the above ff.freezer seems to be working ok,but fridge does not get cold at all.behind the rear panel the matrix seemed fairly iced up so i am presuming defrost stat.can anyone tell me where it is located and has anyone had simular problems with this model,

Are the heaters working ?

Has it got a separate drain heater ?

How old is it ?

Have you checked the defrost timer ?

customer tells me machine is approx 2 1/2 yrs old.could not check heater as was completely iced up.could not see a defrost timer any where

Where did you look for the timer ? as its in the top.

thats probably why i couldnt find it as i was lookin at the lower rear where they would be on the bekos
