We purchased this new about 4 years ago.
We have been having problems with the freezer temperature being above what it should be and we have resorted to defrosting and starting from scratch. We have been successful doing this until a few months ago when we could not get the temperature to below 2 degrees.
Fortunately we have access to another freezer so no immediate problem.
However we now have problems with the fridge and so we have resorted to using the freezer as the fridge.Current temperatures are showing as Fridge – +10 and the freezer at 2.
Our nearest engineer (according to this site) is far from local.
Can anyone suggest what the problem may be ….. could it be simple or major.
We have had temperature issues previously but nothing that we havent been able to overcome.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated

Hi
the common and known problem is that the defrost sensor is in the wrong position and would normally appear as a fault around 9 – 15 months.
Where abouts in the country are you ?
