    Model is a FRC150FS, fault is the freezer is working ok but the fridge is not cooling, would anyone have any ideas to what it may be, going to look at it later in the week

    Check to see if the freezer has iced up as this model takes the cold air from the freezer to cool the fridge.
    May be a defrost timer fault.

    Thanks for that Bob, they did say they had switched it of for 24 hours but its just the same after they put it back on. Can you put this onto a defrost manually or not?
