front seal on indesit WIE 137 s

hi.
after hours of trying to figure out how to remove the front seal i hang my head in defeat. any help would be greatly appreciated, my cut and bleeding hands would appreciate too.

i’ll have to be honest though. my initial problem was that the machine wouldnt drain so the genius that i am i decided to blow into the drain hose… then a plastic ball appeared in between the drum and housing, so im trying to get the drum out to do whatever is to be done with the plastic ball???

been trying for a few more times now. i am under the impression the front part of the seal is somehow pressed in ❓ ❓ ❓ not got a clue ❗ ❗

p.s as you can gather im really new to this

do it the correct way

remove the back panel, take off the sump hose, and refit the ball

dont attempt it the way your doing it

and make sure the plugs out!
