My Hotpoint Future frost free freezer (try saying that with your teeth out )
has a sort of pool of ice at the bottom under the bottom drawer. It is 3 years old and I’ve never had any problem with it so far. I’ve re-read the manual and it says it should never need defrosting. Any ideas?
