dont really see what difference it would make if everyone voted, we would just get another load of muppets taxing us to the hilt for something else..
close our borders, boot out every one who is illegally staying in this country…
get all the lazy freeloaders who dont want to work of their backsides by taking away their benefits..oh and privatize the nhs..
these are 3 area where we must be throwing billions of our tax at..

funkybookgy i agree totally on your first two points but not with privatising the nhs everyone should be intitled to decent health care regardless!!! Health and education are two things that shouldn’t be touched altough the goverment seem hell bent and making them cost efective! One way to save money and bring down the price of oil is to stop going to war with the americans! I also agree don’t vote don’t moan although it is becoming difficult to find anything decent amongst the our so called leaders.
Diesel is 109 round here thinking about converting the van to run on veggy oil kit to convert is £500 but 40p a litre if you buy it not has bad for the enviroment only problem is you will smell like a mobile chip shop lolNovember 19, 2007 at 6:26 pm #234174Madmac

Now fuel is above the £1 mark i very much doubt we will see it in pence again. Its a real drain on the wallet, lucky if a tank full does a week. used to use a bit o veg oil in old astra van i had (about 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} mix) with no apparent ill effects. With modern common rail high pressure injection im not so sure.. mind u, got a bit o warranty left.. Trouble with this game is of course the average retail price of appliances remains flat year in year out & its that which dictates your profit per call. Sorely tempted to raise prices a bit though, maybe punters wont notice… no, they bloody will :rolls:

here in south leicestershire per litre
supermarkets usual choice – unleaded £0.99.9 diesel £102.9
TEXECO a wopping £105.9 unleaded to £107.9 diesel
on A5 trunk road Texeco £110.9 for diesel per litre = over £5.00 a gallon
contrast this, I have just returned from Tenerife, no road tax to pay
deisel works out at £0.58p per litre

This time next year Diesel will undoubtedly be £1.25 per litre (maybe even more?) it’s a fact of life, live with it, be grateful you can still buy the stuff and prosper at its current abundance….. 😉
But just in case those rebels at the RHA start another fuel blockage somewhere, always keep you tanks topped up and a few cans spare in case the…..
