Hotpoint BFI680; does it use the high pressure sensor to determine if filter needs cleaned? This is the high pressure sensor just below the bottom arm (between the pump and the bottom arm).
I ask as I was consistently getting this fault, replace the low pressure (level) sensor and it worked for about a month, the odd time giving the clean filter alarm, but a restart would clear,…. now the alarm is persistent.
