It’s been a while since we visited this subject so here we go with the news so far…

The bank account is now set up as a sole trader account with the Royal Bank Of Scotland as this was the only possible way to accomplish even getting an account under the present regimes in place by the banks. This account will, for now, be controlled by me until I can get Dave, Jason and Kevin added onto it.

As discussed at the meeting UKW may well have to become a Ltd company, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. TBH it was a bloody good idea I thought from John F.

Okay so the standing order mandate is now available for download in the downloads section, it’s on page two of the PDF Documents bit and mostly filled in as was agreed at the meeting, with one exception. Since it’s taken a month to get this all done, due to the bank as I only got the account details yesterday, there is a first payment of £10 then the £5 a month thereafter as agreed. A few of us spoke about it and concluded that it made sense and was a negligable amount anyway.

So all you have to do is fill in the blank bits and hand it in to your own bank, that’s it! I tried to make it as simple as possible.

Obviously NWAR’s will be with the bank later today. 😉

For the reference number you MUST ask me, I have to be able to track the payments and who is paying in cash, this is essential. Please use the webmaster@ukwhitegoods.com address to request a reference as the PC’s all go nuts when something arrives at that address and you will get a response within a few hours as it’s the first mailbox I check now.
