gas ignition igniter 1.5 votls or 12 volts. anyone know

Hi.
Have a friend thats got a camper 3 way fridge and the ignition has gone. Model RM4217 electrolux. Connect wants £78 for it.

Looking for a 12 volt igniter or a 1.5 volt one that i can replace it with..

Hi

One of the rangemaster old battery powered one should do.I’ll have a look see if I’ve got one. did have one but it does’nt like 240v and they go bang :eeek: .
Silly me for not reading the label.

Lol. I will always remember the time i cut straight through the cable on a Henry when I mistakenly unplugged something else in the workshop. Needles to say my pliers could never be used again.
