    General Electric Model LD413121 (pcg21mimffbb) American F/F with the water tank in chiller section of fridge, freezing so the water not dispensing properly. what is the likely cause of this lower section freezing when the rest of the fridge temp is reading normal.
    The air return duct to the freezer is right next to it, could it be the cold air from freezer allowing this to freeze as there is just an open vent gap & should there be something in this vent like the samsungs have the deodrisers?

    If any one has had experiance on this make would be appreciated.

    Hi

    The cause will be the ASM assembly which will require to be changed.

    This has failed causing air to be allowed down the vents thus freezing thew water tank and also probaly the veg drawer.
