Hello, First post from me, any help would be really appreciated.
Our fridge freezer is an American style General Electric one, about 14 years old, up till now is has been excellent, the model number is: PCG23NGSBFBB.
The fridge and freezer are not cooling to the recommended temperature, ie the freezer should be -18 deg, but is sitting at -3 deg and the fridge should be 3 Deg, but is sitting at 8 deg, and that is with turbo cooling on.
I think it is a cooling fan, but not sure what the correct name of this is ? or the part number that I should be looking for ? and where it is located on the fridge freezer ?
Any help with my questions would be appreciated, thanks.
