General electric Top loader, wont agitate

Bit of a long shot here, General electric top loader, model no: WISR409DGDWW. The machine fills ok and drians ok but wont agitate or spin. There is no motor action whatsoever. There is a pcb on the motor which leads me to believe it might be this.
Any thoughts would be welcome?

Drive bell under the agitator maybe? You`ll have to type your model number when you hit this link and it`ll come up with the parts for this mosel and suggested cures to different faults- good site. Andy.
